Query the conversion action resource and confirm its status, type, owner customer and resource name.

Enable or recreate the correct conversion action in the account that owns it.

Retry with the exact resource name and a test conversion using a unique order or click identifier.
WHAT THE ERROR MEANS
The selected conversion action is removed, disabled, owned elsewhere or incompatible with the upload.
This error appears when an integration attempts to use, upload to or modify a conversion action that is not active for the customer.
