Google Ads API: CUSTOMER_NOT_ENABLED

Confirm the customer ID is an active Google Ads account and not a cancelled or setup-only account.

Open the account in the Google Ads UI and resolve billing, suspension or onboarding notices.

Retry a read-only customer query before sending mutate operations.

WHAT THE ERROR MEANS

The customer account is inactive, cancelled, suspended or not fully initialized.

CUSTOMER_NOT_ENABLED means the target Google Ads customer cannot currently receive the requested API operation.
