Confirm the correct Pixel ID loads once and that consent, CSP or an extension is not blocking the request.

Trigger the intended event, verify it in Test Events and allow normal diagnostics time to update.

The Pixel is missing, blocked, using the wrong ID or not firing on the tested journey.
Meta reports no activity when the selected Pixel has not received a valid recent browser or server event.
