Identify the permission named in the error response and confirm whether App Review is required.

Grant the user or system user access to the correct ad account, Pixel, Page or Business asset.

Issue a new token containing the approved permission and retry the request.
WHAT THE ERROR MEANS
The access token is valid but its permission or asset role is insufficient.
Meta error 10 appears when the app, user or system user does not have the permission required for the requested operation.
